12.14 Permission to Occupy

A. Permission to Occupy form HUD-92485 must be executed and dated by the Architect before the Borrower permits occupancy of any phased dwelling unit and signed and dated by the HUD inspector on the same date as the Architect for the final Permission to Occupy.
