A. The Contractor’s and/or Mortgagor’s Cost Breakdown (form HUD-2328) contains a schedule of values of classes of work, equipment, and materials, and must be incorporated into the Construction Contract as Exhibit B to the Building Loan Agreement (form HUD-92441M). The cost breakdown will be attached to the Firm Commitment.
