  • A. For form HUD-92580, Maximum Insurable Mortgage:

  1. The Lender receives the original and one executed copy.

  2. Each of the following receives one executed copy: Closing Attorney, Mortgage Credit Control File, Washington Docket, Regional Center or Satellite Office Docket, Regional Center or Satellite Office.

B. For Cost Certification documents: the original documents are filed in the Washington Docket and one copy is filed in the Regional Center or Satellite Office Docket.
