3.2.7 Assurance of Completion

A. The General Contractor shall provide an assurance of completion of construction in the form of a Combined Performance Payment Bond or cash or a Letter of Credit in an amount approved by HUD. See Chapter 8, Section 8.14.C.13 for the specific requirements.
