A. The Section 223(a)(7) program is more fully described in Chapter 18 of this Guide. The program was included as a MAP Program in July 2010 and provides for streamlined refinancing of currently insured FHA loans. Accordingly, some requirements of MAP processing for other multifamily programs are not required. The following is a summary of the program features:
