8.5.1.3 Review of Financial Statements and Other Documents

A. A current financial statement must be no more than 3 months old when the form HUD-92013 is submitted to the Lender for Firm Commitment review. The Lender must determine financial stability and financial strength unless the Active Principal and/or the Sponsor are a public company with an investment grade credit rating.
