A. Section 223(f) of the National Housing Act authorizes insurance of mortgages for acquisition of an existing project or refinance of existing indebtedness and may involve limited repairs or alterations to the Project. See Chapter 14 and Chapter 17, Chapter 5, Section 5.1.3 and Chapter 19, Section 19.4.13.
