A. The LIHTC rent must be recorded but is not used as a limiting criterion because the total income to the project is the LIHTC rent combined with the Section 8 rent, so that the actual amount of rental income to the project will be the Project-Based Section 8 rent, as follows:

2 Bedroom LIHTC Rent limit:	$350/Month
