3.4 Section 220 Mortgage Insurance for Redevelopment Areas

A. Section 220 insures mortgages for the new construction or substantial rehabilitation of mixed-use housing projects in urban renewal areas, code enforcement areas and other areas where local governments have undertaken designated revitalization activities.

B. In addition to the general requirements in Section 3.1 and Section 3.2, the following requirements apply to Section 220.
