7.17.2 Fee Income

A. If additional fees for project amenities are mandatory for all residents, the mandatory fee income from restricted units must be excluded from the calculation of net income. The mandatory fee income from non-restricted units may be included if these amenity fees are indicated by comparable properties in the market and it must be explained in the remarks section of form HUD-92264.
