A. Prior to approving the final advance of mortgage Loan proceeds, the RC Director will make the determinations required by Application for Insurance of Advance of Mortgage Proceeds (form HUD92403), and Chapter 12, Section 12.8.6, and notify the Lender of any deficiencies.
