A. HUD will review the proposed grant/loan structure, terms and conditions and the draft grant/loan documents during Firm Commitment processing or earlier, as needed. HUD will consider waivers with reasonable terms in order to facilitate coordination between FHA requirements and those of the governmental agencies.
