A. The Construction Contract requires the attachment of an exhibit identifying any identity of interest relationship between the owner, contractor, subcontractor, or Architect. If there is no identity of interest, indicate “none” in the exhibit (see Appendix 8 of Handbook 4430.1 and the MAP Guide Appendices).
