19.4.6.1 General

A. Organizational documents for the Borrower entity are required to be submitted for the following types of closings:

1. Initial Endorsement;

2. Final Endorsement, if any organizational documents have been modified since Initial Endorsement or additional authorization is necessary (see Section 19.4.6.5); and

3. Initial/Final Endorsements;
