12.3.4.6 Work Stoppage

A. The HUD inspector will report to the CA on form HUD-95379 any work stoppage unless such stoppage is due to inclement weather or similar reasons. If known to the inspector, the reason for the work stoppage should be stated and when resumption of construction is anticipated.
