Notwithstanding any provisions contained in this Chapter or elsewhere in the MAP Guide, HUD reserves the right to pursue remedies for any false claims or false statements, as authorized by the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3731, the Program Fraud Civil Remedies Act, 31 U.S.C. §§ 3801-3812, and/or Civil Money Penalties under 12 U.S.C. § 1735f-14.
