A. HUD Review Appraiser assignments are to be completed in accordance with USPAP and in accordance with workload norms to support production. HUD Review Appraisers are responsible for advising management and documenting their findings and recommendations (including non-concurrences, if applicable) as to the acceptability of MAP Lender third-party appraisals and applications.
